We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Technician with expertise in commercial HVAC systems, particularly focusing on gas station equipment. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC equipment in commercial settings, with a specialized focus on soda and ice machines. Responsibilities: · Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems, including but not limited to air conditioning units, heating systems, ventilation equipment, and refrigeration systems. · Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with soda and ice machines, identifying root causes of malfunctions and implementing effective solutions to ensure optimal performance. · Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to prolong the lifespan of HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including cleaning coils, replacing filters, and lubricating moving parts. · Respond promptly to service calls and emergency situations, providing efficient and reliable repair services to minimize downtime for our clients. · Collaborate with other team members to coordinate installations, upgrades, and system modifications as required. · Document all service activities, including maintenance tasks performed, parts used, and any recommendations for future repairs or upgrades. · Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on job sites, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. Requirements: · Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Service Technician in the commercial HVAC industry, with a focus on soda and ice machines. · Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of HVAC systems, including refrigeration units, cooling towers, and ventilation systems. · Strong knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration cycles, and HVAC components. · Experience working with soda and ice machines, including troubleshooting issues related to water supply, refrigeration, and electrical components. · Possession of relevant certifications such as EPA 608, HVAC/R, or equivalent is preferred. · Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively analyze complex issues and implement practical solutions. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues. · Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
