Senior Software Architect (Atlanta, GA, or other unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.)

Overview

Our team is looking for an experienced Senior Software Architect.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with fellow software architects, as well as software engineers, to establish common development patterns and practices, unit testing practices, frameworks, tech stack approaches, and maximize component reuse.
• Involve in strategic decision-making that spans multiple components or products.
• Collaborate with senior business and technology leaders to represent the software architecture team in a variety of discovery and implementation efforts.
• Use technical skills in Azure cloud, API design, infrastructure-as-code, software engineering, asynchronous event driven architecture, and GitOps, to drive the organization's technology landscape forward and position us for a future of exponential growth.

• Telecommuting permitted.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 24 month experience in the position offered, Software Developer, Senior Software Engineer, or a similar position.
• 24 months experience in: UML, YMAL, Flow charts, Draw.io, Lucid charts, Open API, and MongoDB.
• 40 hrs./wk. 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
