Senior Sourcing Recruiter
Job Description
Two Six Technologies is seeking a Senior Sourcing Recruiter to support an established team of Technical Recruiters. You will contribute to a collaborative talent acquisition environment to ensure efficient talent pipeline delivery.
Key job responsibilities
• Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, candidate engagement throughout the interview process
• Recruit passive candidates
• Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth screens of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences
• Recommend ideas and strategies related to sourcing that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company
• Possess strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a pipeline of external candidates
What you will need:
- Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills
- Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace and candidate management
- Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
- Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research
- ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
