Job Description

What You'll Do: 

As the Senior Technical Operations Program Manager, you will lead the successful execution of infrastructure and security related projects for the Technology Operations department. Most importantly,  you will responsible for managing and overseeing critical security projects related to our organization's infrastructure and ensuring compliance with PCI standards  (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). Working directly with the scrum masters, team leads, security and development managers, you will ensure that projects are executed and are reported accurately, promptly, and consistently. For projects that span multiple teams and organizations, you will play a key role in aligning schedules and resources to ensure project success.

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of security projects related to infrastructure, with a focus on PCI compliance.
  • Lead efforts to achieve and maintain PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliance for all relevant systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and compliance, to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and compliance reports.
  • Ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints and providing cost estimates for security initiatives.

What You'll Bring to the Team:
  • 5+ years of experience in full life-cycle management of medium to large-scale technical infrastructure projects, preferably in a Software or SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of PCI DSS requirements and compliance.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP are preferred.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams on complex security projects and initiatives to achieve annual PCI compliance.
  • Excellent communication and proven experience in project management, specifically in infrastructure security projects.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage software projects with the ability to discuss both technical and business project requirements in detail.
  • Strong skills and experience in issue resolution, with the ability to influence team members and other stakeholders, and the ability to conduct difficult negotiations.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Working experience with the Agile methodology and Agile tools such as JIRA.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard security frameworks and best practices.
  • Success independently managing complex initiatives, external customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, with a technology or business emphasis, or equivalent education/experience.

Base Compensation: $105,000 - $140,000 + (bonus offered in addition to base compensation)
Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate and is provided pursuant to Equal Pay Laws. Billtrust intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
