The opportunity

Do you have trading experience in the financial industry and an interest in Fintech and crypto? As a Senior Trading & FinOps Manager, you will have a hands-on approach to trading, brokerage, settlement and clearing matters in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Manage various trading tools, processes, and liquidity provider platforms. You will also assist with a range of operational tasks, contributing to the continuous improvement and development of our trading infrastructure.

What you will do 

• Risk and Delta position prevention management

• Streamline and optimize treasury and settlement functions and processes to ensure smooth, efficient transactions

• Lead the evolution of our trading products and cycles, from design and commercialization to ensuring top-tier security

• Liquidity providers & stakeholder management

• Trade with some of the largest trading firms in Europe
  

You will need 

• At least 5 years of trading experience within the finance industry, preferably with exposure to crypto (personal crypto experience counts too!) 

• In-depth knowledge of trading markets and various asset classes

• A genuine interest in the Fintech industry and a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks in Germany and the EU 

• A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field 

• Fluent or advanced German and English

• To be based in Berlin or Frankfurt
