About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior UI Designer to join our talented team. As a Senior UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and visual identity of our digital products, ensuring they align with our brand and meet the highest standards of usability and aesthetics.
What you’ll do:
Design Leadership:
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of UI designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Set the visual design direction for projects, ensuring consistency across all platforms and products.
UI Design Strategy:
- Develop and execute UI design strategies that align with business goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, product managers, and  developers, to integrate UI design seamlessly into the overall user experience.
Design System Development:
- Â Â Â Lead the development and maintenance of a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency and efficiency in UI design across projects.
- Â Â Â Evolve and iterate the design system based on feedback and emerging design trends.
User-Centric Design:
- Â Â Â Advocate for user-centered design principles and conduct user research to inform and validate design decisions.
- Â Â Â Translate user insights into intuitive and visually appealing UI designs.
Prototyping and Testing:
- Â Â Â Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Â Â Â Conduct usability testing to validate design assumptions and iterate based on user feedback.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Â Â Â Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, providing clear design direction and rationale.
- Â Â Â Present and communicate design concepts and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience as a UI designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role.
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma and Framer.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
