Senior UX Designer

This role offers the chance to lead the design of innovative, engaging digital experiences across a rapidly growing suite of mobile products. You will own the end-to-end UX and UI process for one or more product verticals, translating user needs and business goals into intuitive, visually compelling interfaces. The position requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on design execution, and collaboration with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. You will help define and evolve the design system, conduct research to inform decision-making, and ensure accessibility and performance across all designs. Your work will directly impact user engagement, conversion, and retention in a fast-paced, playful, and collaborative environment. Success in this role amplifies both product quality and the capabilities of the design team.

• Lead UX and UI design for one or more mobile product teams, from concept through launch and iteration
• Translate product vision and user insights into elegant, functional, and engaging user interfaces
• Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and brand alignment
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, interaction flows, and high-fidelity mockups with strong attention to detail
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure designs are feasible, optimized, and aligned with goals
• Advocate for users and contribute to product strategy through user-centered design thinking
• Mentor junior designers, share best practices, and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented design culture
• Ensure accessibility, usability, and performance considerations are integrated into all design outputs

Requirements:

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design for mobile platforms
• Deep understanding of mobile interaction patterns, user behavior, and iOS/Android best practices
• Proficiency in Figma or equivalent tools for design, prototyping, and collaboration
• Experience in social, gaming, real-money gaming, or sweepstakes products preferred
• Ability to balance business goals, technical constraints, and user empathy in design decisions
• Strong communication skills, capable of articulating design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, iterative environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field preferred
