Senior Vice President, Strategic Solutions
Job Description
This position is responsible for the leadership, strategy and execution of new strategic solution opportunities and direction of growth initiatives across within the Medicaid (MLTSS/LTSS, MCO plans) and Medicare markets within new accounts and existing accounts.

- Cultivate overall Strategic Solutions team create goals, track progress, align resources.
- Identify new product opportunities and markets.
- Develop strategy to implement new products and pernitrate new and existing markets.
- Assess market opportunity/need and competitive landscape.
- Oversee assessment of existing product performance and identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation to drive additional value and develop business case for moving forward.
- Establish standards and templates to develop product/solution standards, areas of flexibility, standard contracts, pricing and value proposition.
- Oversee the development of data analytics utilized to identify trends, create opportunities for product enhancements.
- Develop short and long term strategic plan for future product lines - pricing, product positioning, marketing, partnerships.
- Lead cross functional partnerships with peers from across multiple lines of business to align on strategy and maximize value of point solution services.
- Communicate market need, product approach, product value, roll out strategy across the organization's Operational teams.
- Serve as an executive level Value Based Care Subject Matter Expert supporting Sales and Account Management.
- Interface with the company's customers in a consultative style to understand their needs and strategic goals and identify opportunities for products to positively impact these goals.
- Work directly with customers and prospects on aligning program design and configuration to match their strategic/quality goals while minimizing impact to customer operations.
- Create and enhance product reporting that demonstrates product effectiveness and value, both process and outcomes measures.
- Lead Change Management initiatives.
- Collaborate with other Commercial and Strategic Solution Executives and Executive Leadership Team.
- Identify cost drivers in healthcare and mechanisms to improve outcomes and engagement.
- Utilize claims and other healthcare data to formulate solutions.
- Collaborate on Medicare and Medicaid benefit design, funding mechanisms, and contracting structures with focus on value based contracting.
- Participate in Senior Leadership Team events.
- Participate in market facing speaking engagements at conferences and other Public Relationship events.
- May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.
- Occasional business travel may be required.
- Determine appropriate resourcing of staff in order to achieve goals and objectives.
- Define annual Key Performance Indicators aligned with corporate goals.
- Direct and mentor senior leaders on performance gaps, career development opportunities, and strategies.
- Direct and coach senior leaders on all human resource related processes including onboarding, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, selection, terminations, compensation and rewards.
- Accountable for strategic design, execution, and collective results along with others' successful contributions.
- Own attainment of high employee satisfaction and retention; lead development of program and initiatives within group to attain high employee satisfaction.
- Direct and influence change management initiatives to drive improvements and efficiencies cross functionally.
- Ability to direct and interact collaboratively and communicate effectively with external, internal customers, and stakeholders to address issues and ensure alignment across the organization to drive customer success.
- Prepare and manage budget as assigned; analyzes variances and initiates corrective actions to maximize operational performance.

- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Twenty (20) plus years of healthcare experience working with/or for health plans.
- Twelve (12) plus years leadership responsibility.
- Demonstrated expertise in Account Management and working with c-suites.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing and building complex healthcare clients.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing teams across multiple locations.
- Demonstrated expertise of Supplemental Benefits Market.
- Demonstrated expertise of with ROI and Business case development.
- Experience in healthcare or managed care preferred.
- Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Demonstrated overall business leadership, strategic vision, and process know-how to lead the delivery of solutions.
- Exceptional customer focus and product evangelism.
- Ability to communicate a vision to enable organization products and teams.
- Ability to drive the business forward besides challenges and ambiguity.
- Proven experience delivering new products/ services to market in a high paced environment.
- Built and executed on both successful business plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.
- Ability to foster and build a collaborative working relationship with various stakeholders.
- Business-minded person who can work collaboratively and has proven experience in creating influence across product and delivery teams to drive product management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office packages.
Salary Range: $252,900.00 - $354,000.00
