Job Description

Team: Product

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior/Staff Product Manager in Canada.

This role sits at the core of building enterprise-grade AI-powered products that help revenue teams operate with clarity and precision at scale. You will own the product surface that enables large, complex organizations to adopt and expand an AI-native GTM platform, focusing on multi-team workflows, governance, integrations, and agent-based automation. The position blends 0-to-1 innovation with scaling mature enterprise capabilities, requiring strong product intuition and a deep understanding of B2B SaaS complexity. You will work closely with engineering, design, enterprise customers, and go-to-market teams to translate real-world operational challenges into elegant product solutions. This is a highly strategic role with direct exposure to enterprise buyers and senior stakeholders, where your decisions shape adoption, retention, and revenue expansion. The environment is fast-moving, highly collaborative, and deeply customer-centric, with a strong emphasis on execution and ownership from discovery through delivery and impact.

Accountabilities

  • Define and drive the enterprise product strategy and roadmap, focusing on capabilities that enable adoption, scalability, and retention for large, complex GTM organizations.
  • Build and ship AI-powered agent workflows that automate end-to-end revenue processes such as signal interpretation, enrichment, prioritization, and outreach activation.
  • Own key enterprise product surfaces including multi-workspace structures, role-based access controls, data governance frameworks, integrations, and admin tooling.
  • Partner directly with enterprise customers, Sales, and Customer Success teams to gather insights, validate needs, and translate feedback into scalable product bets.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to simplify complex enterprise systems into intuitive, reliable, and configurable user experiences.
  • Drive product decisions across the full lifecycle, including discovery, delivery, pricing, packaging, and enablement to ensure successful adoption and expansion.
  • Continuously raise product craft standards by influencing how the team builds, ships, and iterates on enterprise-grade capabilities.
  • Requirements

    • 6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, including ownership of enterprise-grade products with security, compliance, and admin requirements.
    • Proven experience delivering 0-to-1 product initiatives and scaling them into durable, enterprise-ready platforms.
    • Strong experience working with AI or LLM-powered products, including practical understanding of agent design, evaluation approaches, and production deployment considerations.
    • Deep systems thinking with the ability to understand how product decisions impact data models, identity, integrations, and downstream workflows.
    • Experience working directly with enterprise customers, including running discovery, leading calls, and translating feedback into product requirements.
    • Strong ability to simplify complex technical systems into intuitive user experiences for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align engineering, design, and go-to-market teams around a shared vision.
    • Benefits

      • Competitive compensation package including $170,000–$220,000 base salary depending on experience, plus equity.
      • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance, with partial or full premium support for dependents.
      • Unlimited paid time off and paid company holidays.
      • Remote-first work environment with home office support and monthly stipends.
      • 401(k) retirement savings plan with self-contribution options.
      • Paid parental and family leave programs.
      • Opportunity to join a high-growth AI company working on next-generation enterprise GTM systems.
