This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SEO Onboarding Representative based in Canada.

This role sits at the intersection of SEO expertise, client success, and operational leadership within a high-growth SaaS environment. You will be responsible for supporting and guiding a large portfolio of healthcare clinics, ensuring their online visibility translates into real-world patient bookings. Acting as a key escalation point, you will handle complex SEO challenges while helping scale strategies across hundreds of websites. The position requires a balance of hands-on technical SEO execution and strategic thinking to improve systems, workflows, and outcomes at scale. You will also play a mentoring role, supporting junior team members and elevating overall SEO capability within the organization. Accountabilities:

In this role, you will oversee SEO performance and onboarding quality across a large portfolio of healthcare clinic websites, ensuring strong search visibility and consistent execution of best practices.

  • Manage and resolve complex SEO escalations, providing clear and confident recommendations before issues reach senior leadership
  • Analyze performance trends across a large portfolio of clinic websites and identify scalable optimization opportunities
  • Improve internal SEO workflows, documentation, and operational processes to enhance consistency and efficiency
  • Support onboarding of SEO clients by ensuring strong implementation of foundational technical and on-page SEO elements
  • Act as a bridge between SEO representatives and platform leadership, ensuring alignment and quality control
  • Mentor and upskill junior SEO team members through coaching, knowledge sharing, and hands-on guidance
  • Translate SEO insights into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders, including clinic owners
  • Requirements

    We are looking for a seasoned SEO professional with strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and experience managing SEO at scale across multiple sites or clients.

    • 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with strong results in local or technical SEO
    • Solid understanding of website architecture, information hierarchy, on-page SEO, and heading structure
    • Proficiency with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, and Ahrefs or similar SEO platforms
    • Experience optimizing Google Business Profiles and managing local SEO performance
    • Prior experience in a mentoring, training, or team leadership capacity
    • Experience working with multi-site or portfolio-based SEO environments
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify SEO concepts for non-technical audiences
    • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience in healthcare or clinic-related SEO is considered a strong advantage
