SEO Operations Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution and quality control of SEO deliverables across multiple client accounts:

• Lead the execution and quality assurance of SEO tasks across on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO initiatives
• Support technical SEO health through audits, issue detection, and coordination of fixes
• Oversee content publishing workflows, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SEO best practices before go-live
• Manage Google Business Profile optimization and local SEO activities across client portfolios
• Monitor backlink profiles, track performance, and ensure link-building deliverables are properly executed
• Conduct SEO QA checks to ensure all implementations meet quality standards and project requirements
• Collaborate with SEO leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of all campaigns
• Maintain operational documentation and support process improvements for scalability

Requirements

We are looking for a detail-oriented SEO professional with strong execution skills and hands-on technical knowledge:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, including on-page, off-page, local, and technical SEO
• Strong understanding of SEO execution processes, QA workflows, and operational delivery
• Experience with technical SEO concepts such as schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and site structure optimization
• Familiarity with Google Business Profile management and local SEO strategies
• Strong ability to analyze SEO issues and support root cause identification and resolution
• Experience using SEO tools and platforms for audits, tracking, and performance monitoring
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear updates and collaborate effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with EST-aligned working hours
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)
