Service Electrician - Residential Wireman

Mend Services is seeking a skilled Residential Wireman Electrician experienced in residential service, troubleshooting and small projects. As a licensed professional, your expertise and leadership will contribute to growing the residential business and in the success of planning cost-effective projects and ensuring the delivery of world class customer service. The successful candidate will have 3+ years experience, be highly organized and have strong analytical skills with an attention to detail. Responsibilities: • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in residential settings. • Prepare detailed proposals, estimates and budgets for service work and small projects. • Install electrical wiring, fixtures, and control devices. • Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs. • Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations. • Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as plumbers and HVAC technicians, to complete projects. • Reading and interpreting electrical and electronic circuit blueprints, diagrams, and schematics. • Ability to multitask while effectively performing technician duties in coordination with project leadership. • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. • Provide viable solutions to increase project profitability. • Complete and submit competitive project change orders in accordance with established guidelines.
