- Help clients transform their business and solve complex problems.
- Define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions.
- Defines, guides, and supports the execution of your technical governance processes.
- Helps develop standards and practices for maintaining the ServiceNow architecture model
- Participate in and or lead design workshops, development, testing and deployment activities
- Maintain responsibility for technical deliverables related to ServiceNow configurations and integrations
- Demonstrate expert understanding of best practices related to ServiceNow
- Develop and represent a deep understanding of our capabilities and our customer's businesses
- Support business development and pre-sales activities as the technical lead / architect, working across functional and technical projects.
- Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
Experience Required
- 5+ years of relevant experience in architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions across multiple products - ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SAM, GRC, Security, CSM, HRSD, Portal etc.,
- Strong professional services and/ or client facing experience
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence, consult and providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centered attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
- Proven team player and team builder
- A degree preferably in Information Technology, Engineering or the Sciences
- ITIL V3 Foundation Certification desired
- ServiceNow System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist and / or Certified Application Developer certifications desired.

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in the following states California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, DXC is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the DXC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DXC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a vacation policy and region-specific benefits.
At DXC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is 120k to 160k USD per year.
Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $117,700 - $218,500.
Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
