In this role, you will act as a key technical specialist within complex digital transformation and infrastructure automation initiatives, working primarily on the IT Operations Management (ITOM) suite of ServiceNow. You will support clients in building robust discovery, CMDB, monitoring, and AIOps capabilities across hybrid environments. The position involves designing and configuring integrations with multiple monitoring and cloud platforms, ensuring end-to-end observability and operational efficiency. You will work closely with architecture, infrastructure, and client teams to enable scalable automation solutions. The environment is highly collaborative, international, and focused on innovation, with exposure to large enterprise ecosystems. This is a hands-on consulting role where technical depth, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential to deliver impactful outcomes.

Accountabilities:

You will be responsible for configuring and evolving ITOM capabilities within ServiceNow, enabling discovery, CMDB accuracy, and infrastructure observability across complex environments.

  • Configure ServiceNow ITOM for infrastructure discovery, inventory, and CMDB automation across on-premise and cloud environments.
  • Implement and support monitoring and AIOps integrations with tools such as Zabbix, Dynatrace, Datadog, SolarWinds, SCOM, and similar platforms.
  • Design and configure integrations between ServiceNow and cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Automate workflows and infrastructure processes using protocols such as SSH, PowerShell, JDBC, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Support containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift within ITOM integration contexts.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of ITOM solutions and integrations.
  • Requirements

The ideal profile combines strong infrastructure knowledge, ServiceNow expertise, and solid integration experience in complex environments.

    • Hands-on experience configuring monitoring or observability tools (e.g., Zabbix, Dynatrace, Datadog, SolarWinds, SCOM, or similar).
    • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (on-premise and cloud) and distributed systems.
    • Experience with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
    • Strong knowledge of integration patterns, APIs (REST/SOAP), and system communication protocols.
    • Experience in infrastructure automation or cloud automation projects.
    • Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, Shell Script, or Perl).
    • Intermediate to advanced English communication skills.
    • Soft skills such as problem-solving, resilience, consulting mindset, and stakeholder communication are essential for success in this role.

      Benefits

      • Flexible benefits package (meal/food allowance).
      • Health and dental insurance fully covered.
      • Home office allowance and remote work flexibility.
      • Life insurance coverage.
      • Childcare assistance.
      • Performance-based bonus (PPR).
      • Wellness and mental health programs, including telemedicine and emotional support.
      • Access to learning platforms, certifications, and internal training programs.
      • Wellhub (Gympass) access for physical wellness.
