As part of our interview process we request that candidates have their cameras on during video interviews. This helps foster meaningful conversation and allows us to create an experience that closely resembles our standard working environment. Certain interview steps may take place by phone. For remote roles and at our discretion candidates may be asked to participate in an on-site interview as part of the final stages of the process.

We’re looking for a Shipping Clerk to join our Shipping team to Verify package and ship all outgoing packages for sports cards and coin submissions.
You’ll report to the Shipping Manager and work from our Boca Raton FL office.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:00pm (OT may be required)
What You’ll Do:
Sort all orders by return carrier service.
Verify order correctness and completeness.
Package orders in mailing box containers seal with tape and attach outside label.
Process shipping for specified return carrier and close order.
Who You Are:
You have 1-3 months of previous shipping experience and a high school diploma or GED.
Ability to add subtract multiply and divide by 5 10 and/or 20 and ability to perform these operations using weight measurement and volume.
Customer service focus – Respond promptly to customer needs respond to requests for service and assistance and meet commitments.
Good verbal communication skills – Listen effectively and get clarification; able to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations to customers clients and coworkers.
Good written communication skills – Able to read and interpret written information and write simple correspondence.

Solid computer skills and familiarity with Google Workspace products Gmail Google SheetsGoogle Documents
Physical Requirements:
Long periods of sitting walking and/or standing
Bending neck/waist twisting neck/waist squatting and regular hand use
Regularly lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds
Occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds or more with employee help and/or proper equipment
Hourly Range: The reasonable estimated hourly rate for this position is $16.50/Hr. compensation varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including location job level prior experience and skill set.
