Job Description
Software Engineers for various and unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. (HQ: Chicago, IL). Participate in all aspects of agile design and development including high-level requirements, effort estimation, technical feasibility, implementation, testing and release. Collaborate closely with the business team to understand bankruptcy process and gather requirements. Develop a responsive web application for bankruptcy data to replace a legacy line-of-business application using AngularJS, Bootstrap, .NET Core and .NET framework. Implement validations for business rules and user input on the frontend using AngularJS, jQuery and vanilla JavaScript. Work with UX Designer to implement a usable user interface as per design specifications for a better user experience. Provide technical expertise and mentorship for front-end technologies to junior developers. Technical Environment: N-tier architecture, RESTful, Web API, SQL, JIRA, TFS, SVN, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular JS, Bootstrap, jQuery, .Net, ASP.NET, MVC applications, C#.
Job Requirements
*Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field plus two years of experience in the job offered, as a Web Developer/Technology Associate, or in software development required. Required skills: N-tier architecture, RESTful, Web API, SQL, JIRA, TFS, SVN, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular JS, Bootstrap, jQuery, .Net, ASP.NET, MVC applications, C#. Telecommuting permitted. (*Bachelor's degree Computer Science or a related field plus five years of progressive experience in the job offered, as a Web Developer/Technology Associate, or in software development also acceptable).
