This person is responsible for leading software quality assurance teams to test new and exciting products for KnowBe4’s customers, alongside other engineers in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
Responsibilities:
- Leads high-performing Software QA Engineering teams to include training, mentoring, and assignments
- Oversees and manages the creation, maintenance, and successful execution of manual testing
- Develops, publishes and implements QA standards and practices
- Makes sure the software QA processes are followed and makes sure the security and quality of the code is at the highest standards
- Provide genuine recommendations as to the hiring, firing, promotion, and discipline of subordinate employees to which the Company gives significant weight line
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS or equivalent plus 3 years experience on a quality assurance team
- Possess a deep understanding and passion of software quality assurance methodologies and practices
- A proven track record demonstrating your ability to lead successful quality assurance teams
- Possess advanced level analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortably able to give constructive feedback in the form of test case and test plan audits
- Ability to mentor and coach team members on software quality assurance engineering principles and established methodologies
The base pay for this position ranges from $100,000-$110,000, which will vary depending on how well an applicant's skills and experience align with the job description listed above.
