  • Design end-to-end solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Service Cloud, OmniStudio, and Public Sector capabilities.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps in current vs. future-state architecture, recommending corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of high-quality, maintainable, and extensible solutions.

  • Support program governance by reviewing deliverables, ensuring adherence to methodology, and maintaining delivery quality.
  • Contribute to internal communities and thought leadership by sharing best practices and reusable solution patterns.
  • Participate in customer expectation management and help resolve complex technical and business challenges.
  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level solution architecture or consulting roles across full software development lifecycles.
    • Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce platform configuration and customization.
    • Proven ability to define system architecture, identify gaps, and deliver end-to-end scalable enterprise solutions.
    • Experience leading discovery workshops, writing user stories, and producing functional and technical design documentation.
    • Strong knowledge of business process modeling and design tools (e.g., UML, process flows, sequence diagrams, wireframing).
    • Hands-on experience with Service Cloud, OmniStudio, and Public Sector Solutions (PSS).
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
    • Demonstrated problem-solving mindset with ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes in complex environments.
    • Experience working in agile and waterfall methodologies within large-scale enterprise programs.
    • Salesforce certifications and experience with Experience Cloud are considered strong assets.
    • Canadian citizenship required, with experience in public sector environments being highly desirable.
    • Benefits:

      • Eligibility for performance-based bonuses, equity, and long-term incentive programs (where applicable).
      • Flexible work arrangements supporting remote and hybrid collaboration.
      • Opportunity to work on large-scale, high-impact enterprise transformation programs.
      • Exposure to cutting-edge CRM, AI-driven technologies, and innovation-led projects.
      • Strong emphasis on professional development, certifications, and continuous learning.
      • Inclusive and collaborative work culture focused on innovation and customer success.
