Solution Architect

About the Role:

BigPanda is looking for a strong technical generalist to join our growing Professional Services Team as a Solution Architect.  In this customer-facing role, you will lead the design of the BigPanda Solution for our clients and own the end-to-end configuration of the platform.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Project Manager and Solution Engineer on projects to understand client requirements and communicate how BigPanda can address their business needs and technical challenges, from high-level architecture to individual feature detail
• Interface directly with enterprise clients, serving as their primary technical point of contact during onboarding
• Create content (Docs, workflow diagrams, testing plans) to show customers how to implement specific use cases or best practices

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience, with a strong technical generalist and coding background
• Familiarity with scripting and ability to understand code (i.e. Javascript or Python)
• Experience with AWS and Lambda functions a plus
• Experience supporting large enterprise customers across executive and technical stakeholders
• An empathetic, collaborative, and consultative work style backed by strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Willingness to learn about new technologies and frameworks
• Ability to balance competing priorities and offer multiple compelling solutions

Pay Scale: $116,000-$138,000 USD Annually
