Solution Architect with InsureMo Platform

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Solution Architect with InsureMO Platform based in Canada.

This is a senior-level architecture role focused on designing end-to-end insurance technology solutions built on modern, API-first platforms. You will play a key part in shaping digital transformation initiatives within the insurance domain, with a strong emphasis on scalability, integration, and intelligent automation. The role combines deep technical architecture with hands-on platform expertise, particularly around InsureMO and its ecosystem. You will collaborate with business and technology leaders to translate complex insurance requirements into robust, future-ready solutions. The environment is highly collaborative, distributed, and innovation-driven, with strong exposure to AI-enabled insurance capabilities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of enterprise architecture, insurance systems, and emerging technologies.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance solution architectures across insurance platforms, with a strong focus on InsureMO and related ecosystems. You will provide technical leadership and guide cross-functional teams in building modern insurance solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing end-to-end enterprise architectures using InsureMO APIs, microservices, and integration frameworks
• Leading implementation, customization, and optimization of InsureMO-based solutions across policy, claims, billing, and distribution systems
• Ensuring seamless integration between core insurance systems and external platforms through API-first and middleware approaches
• Defining architectural standards for scalability, security, performance, and maintainability
• Providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the solution lifecycle
• Collaborating with enterprise architects, product teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency through AI-driven automation and digital transformation initiatives

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in insurance solution architecture with deep knowledge of platform-based ecosystems and enterprise integration. You should be confident working in complex environments and leading technical discussions across multiple stakeholders. Key requirements include:

• 8–10+ years of experience in solution architecture within insurance or financial services domains
• Strong hands-on experience with the InsureMO platform and its ecosystem
• Deep understanding of Managing General Agent (MGA) operations, delegated underwriting, and insurance distribution models
• Strong expertise in designing API-based, microservices, and middleware integration architectures
• Experience with core insurance systems such as policy administration, claims, billing, and distribution platforms
• Proven ability to integrate AI/ML capabilities into enterprise insurance workflows (e.g., underwriting, claims processing, fraud detection, customer engagement)
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with ability to guide distributed technical teams
• Familiarity with cloud-native architecture, event-driven systems, and enterprise integration patterns is highly desirable
• Experience working in Agile environments and leading cross-functional delivery teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
