Your Role:

As our Sales Manager, your primary focus will be on hunting for new clients.

With comprehensive training, you'll have the autonomy to develop your own strategies for client outreach and engagement.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Research the SMB market to find potential clients who could benefit from our solutions.
  • Use industry databases, online platforms, and networking events to generate leads.
  • Reach out to potential clients via calls and emails to introduce our offerings.
  • Tailor messages to each prospect's needs and objectives.
  • Follow up on leads and engage in meaningful conversations to understand client needs.
  • Arrange face-to-face meetings with decision-makers to present our solutions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demos showcasing our value.
  • Listen to client feedback and address objections effectively.
  • Offer insights and recommendations based on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions.
  • Provide feedback to improve our products and services.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities using our CRM system.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance and client feedback.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Your experience:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or data analytics sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Fluent in Slovak and English.
