Meet the team:

Upside's Partner Solutions team is dedicated to developing and leading the company's largest and most strategic partnerships. Dynamic professionals work together with teams throughout Upside to address our partners' most pressing technology challenges – ones that have no simple answers. We create solutions for and build enduring long-term relationships with organizations that represent outstanding revenue opportunities and/or are strategically important for us to take new, world-shaping technologies to market.

As a Solution Architect, you'll work with our largest partnerships to develop emerging technologies and drive the early adoption of new product lines. From deal through implementation and ongoing optimization, you'll lead cross-functional teams and make the key decisions that define technology strategies and operational readiness that will enable Upside to scale its business through partnerships. Entrepreneurial and detail-oriented by nature, you're intrigued with the idea of bringing first-of-kind products and technologies to market, and you thrive working in small, impactful teams.

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical degree or relevant work experience required
• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technology roles
• Hands-on experience with the software full stack development lifecycle, including writing your own contributing code.
• Experience with Cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform), Internet technologies (e.g. HTTP, JavaScript, REST/web services), and Cloud data storage (Snowflake, S3) preferred. Hands on with JavaScript, Python, Java, or similar languages.
• Solid written and verbal business communication skills. Comfortable working with, and presenting to, senior managers and executives
• Strong organizational and analytical skills. Excellent time/project management skills

• Location: This is a fully-remote role that may sit anywhere in the United States. You're welcome to work from our DC, Austin, Chicago or New York office if you're in-region! Full Covid-19 vaccination is required to work from our Upside offices.
