This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Spécialiste en vente de produits - Soins avancés des plaies based in the United States.

In this role, you will act as a key expert and strategic sales partner for advanced wound care solutions, supporting the achievement of commercial objectives across a defined territory. You will collaborate closely with sales teams to position, demonstrate, and implement specialized medical products that address complex clinical needs in healthcare settings. This position combines technical product expertise with consultative selling, requiring strong engagement with clinical stakeholders and decision-makers. You will play a central role in product education, in-servicing, and post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption and long-term value. The role is highly collaborative and field-oriented, involving interaction with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and continuous market feedback. You will also contribute to shaping sales strategy by identifying opportunities, analyzing market trends, and supporting product improvement initiatives. Accountabilities

  • Support the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for advanced wound care products.
  • Partner with sales representatives to identify target accounts and develop tailored engagement strategies.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, clinical presentations, and technical explanations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
  • Conduct in-servicing sessions and training programs to ensure proper product understanding and usage.
  • Assist in product conversions, trials, and implementation processes within clinical environments.
  • Collaborate with product management teams to develop business reviews, competitive analyses, and customer proposals.
  • Provide ongoing support to sales teams by responding to technical, clinical, and product-related inquiries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clinical stakeholders to gather insights and feedback on customer needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to inform sales and product strategy.
  • Support post-trial evaluations, implementation reviews, and performance tracking for key accounts.
  • Participate in industry events, professional meetings, and training activities to strengthen product expertise and market presence.
  • Contribute to the development of educational materials, presentations, and clinical resources.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in a business, clinical, or related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, product management, clinical support, or product development.
    • Strong understanding of healthcare environments and/or medical product markets, ideally within wound care or related clinical areas.
    • Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable sales strategies and recommendations.
    • Experience delivering presentations and training sessions to both clinical and non-clinical audiences.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with healthcare professionals.
    • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and clinical teams.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related business tools.
    • Ability to travel as required across assigned territories, including occasional non-standard working hours.
    • Self-driven professional capable of working independently while contributing to team objectives.
