Job Description: As an Insurance Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer inquiries, providing expert advice on insurance products, and ensuring our clients receive top-tier support. Your role will be essential in building strong relationships with clients, guiding them throughtheir insurance options, and ensuring their satisfaction.WE WILL TRAIN FROM A TO Z! Key Responsibilities: • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in, in a professional and timely manner. • Provide clear and accurate information on insurance policies, coverage options, and claims procedures. • Assist customers in reviewing their insurance needs, offering appropriate policy recommendations. • Process new policy applications, renewals, and policy changes. • Handle billing inquiries, payment issues, and policy updates. • Resolve customer concerns with patience and empathy. • Collaborate with team members and management to ensure customer satisfaction. • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions. Requirements: • Spanish-speaking ability required. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Typing 40 WPM • High school diploma or equivalent; insurance certifications are a plus.
