Specialty Account Management AnalystÂ
About the roleÂ
As a Specialty Account Management Analyst you will be a part of our Risk & Operations team. You will be responsible for ensuring that our high risk processing is completed quickly and correctly. You will serve as a subject matter expert around high risk processing assisting with the identification and resolution of issues. You will drive the continuous development of our operations area by overseeing complaint resolution, monitoring control reports and providing feedback on opportunities for improvement based on that oversight.Â

You understand the high risk functions and can ensure that we are servicing Customers in a compliant efficient manner. What you will do:Â
- Handle all Specialty related written correspondence from our Customers. Requires understanding on how to analyze and interpret a multitude of different documents. â—Ź Execute fulfillment of high risk processes including: Cease and Desist, Power of Attorney, Proof of Authorizations, Bankruptcy, Deceased, Payment inquiries, and SubpoenasÂ
- Manage complaint resolution including root cause analysis and reporting issues to management â—Ź Serve as systemic subject matter expert for the execution of high risk processing advising management on opportunities and current issuesÂ
- Manage inbound and outbound Customer communications advising of account status as well as issue resolutionÂ
- Review and remediate control reports for Operational processes to ensure they are working properly and reduce our potential risksÂ
- Work closely with bank Partners to ensure a positive experience and provide prompt resolution to issuesÂ
What you’ll bring:Â
- 5+ years financial service related operational experience including Payments, Backoffice and Customer serviceÂ
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; able to deliver feedback effectively and express thoughts concisely.Â
- Excellent judgment, professionalism, leadershipÂ
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft and Google Office tools
