CommScope is recruiting a Senior Business Operations Manager to join our ARRIS company! This is a remote role and will report into the Access Networks Supply Chain organization. Candidates will be based in the US.

The Sr Business Operations Manager will focus on RF Amplifiers and Nodes product lines for our Access Technologies Business. The role will lead the supply chain business operations, supporting teams within CommScope including but not limited to our Tijuana factory. This role will ensure quarterly revenue is met, production and material are aligned, and provide overall operations support.

How You Will Make An Impact:

• Partner collaboratively with internal and external factories
• Work with cross functional teams
• Identify and lead areas for potential cost savings and process improvement.
• Lead and provide material allocation direction
• Coordinate material shortages, material planning efforts, and inventory management.
• Ensure KPI's are met

Required Qualifications For Consideration:

• 10+ years of working experience in supply chain and/or operations or related field
• Experience working with ERP systems, planning models, and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)
• Strong experience and understanding of electronics manufacturing, supplier processes, and experience with end-to-end product delivery
• Willing and able to travel domestically and globally as needed

You Will Excite Us If You Have:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience working with domestic and international suppliers
• Experience working with ERP(Oracle/ SAP), Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint, Ariba
• Bilingual in Spanish and English

Anticipated salary range dependent on experience, location, and qualifications: $110000 - 140000 / year
