Position Specific Description
FPLES IT team is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with functional knowledge in CRM applications to join their team in West Palm Beach, FL. This person will gather requirements from business groups, test and maintain Salesforce and other CRM solutions to support the fast-paced growth of our commercial and residential businesses.
Job Tasks:• Work across key operational areas & applications to identify requirements and scope where change to systems, tools, data, and processes are required to deliver specific business outcomes,• Take the lead to document business requirements through 'use cases' and 'user stories/epics' in Jira,• Capture process maps or flow diagrams for new or existing solutions as part of operational excellence,• Define and negotiate on the acceptance criteria, works with the architects and developers to clarify the requirements, and ensures that the design meets the acceptance criteria,• Coordinate and support the end-to-end and business acceptance testing phases,• Apply analytical skills within functional area to decompose work into manageable value-based units,• Respond to requests, identifies conflicts, and makes recommendations where needed,• Manage delivery and tasks for the team, and communicate timelines to the stakeholders,• Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems.
Essential Skills:• Functional/Business operational knowledge of CRM applications or customer billing applications• Programming skills and ability to write pseudo logic is preferred (knowledge of any programming languages is a plus)• Knowledge of mainframe (COBOL/CICS) or SAP S4 systems is a plus.• Strong understanding of IT Systems best practices and functionality• Used to agile, fast paced, dynamic project environments• 4+ years of CRM systems or business experience• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
