This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Consultant based in United States.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced healthcare consultant to lead high-impact transformation initiatives that improve the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of healthcare delivery. In this fully remote role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, guiding complex consulting engagements from strategy through implementation. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor fellow consultants, and deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that create measurable results. Combining strategic leadership, operational expertise, and client relationship management, this position offers the chance to influence healthcare organizations nationwide while contributing to meaningful, long-term improvements across the healthcare ecosystem.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead complex healthcare consulting engagements from initial planning through successful implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.
  • Serve as the primary advisor for executive stakeholders, facilitating strategic discussions, organizational planning sessions, workshops, and presentations while building long-term client relationships.
  • Develop executive-level reports, recommendations, and strategic deliverables that support informed decision-making and organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Provide expertise across healthcare operations, technology, quality improvement, process optimization, and business transformation while collaborating with cross-functional project teams.
  • Oversee project budgets, forecasting, resource allocation, and financial performance while identifying opportunities to improve consulting methodologies and delivery processes.
  • Mentor and coach consulting professionals, fostering collaboration, professional development, and high-performance project execution.
  • Contribute to business development activities through proposal development, client presentations, conference participation, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Technology, Public Health, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
    • Minimum of 12 years of healthcare consulting experience, including at least 7 years managing complex healthcare projects and client engagements.
    • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary consulting teams, managing executive-level client relationships, and delivering successful organizational transformation initiatives.
    • Strong expertise in healthcare operations, project management, financial oversight, strategic planning, and executive communication.
    • Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops, executive strategy sessions, and consensus-building initiatives while presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
    • Experience in areas such as Health Information Technology, healthcare interoperability, data analytics, operational improvement, IT implementations, practice transformation, or system procurement is highly valued.
    • Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, CISM, CPHIMS, CPHIE, CPEHR, or similar healthcare technology credentials are considered an advantage.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fully remote, client-focused environment.
    • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, executive workshops, conferences, and business-related activities.
