As a senior product leader, you will define the long-term product vision, roadmap, and user experience while partnering across business, operations, and technology teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions. You will play a critical role in modernizing workflows, improving advisor and client experiences, and driving platform adoption across a complex ecosystem. Accountabilities

  • Develop clear product requirements, user stories, process documentation, and functional specifications for engineering and implementation teams.
  • Collaborate with technology, architecture, operations, compliance, investment, and external partners to deliver integrated, scalable solutions.
  • Manage and prioritize the product roadmap by balancing strategic objectives, business value, technical dependencies, and available resources.
  • Drive platform adoption through enablement initiatives, performance measurement, and continuous optimization of new and existing capabilities.
  • Lead cross-functional decision-making, influence stakeholders without direct authority, and ensure platform evolution aligns with long-term business strategy.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in product management, platform strategy, or a closely related leadership role.
    • Demonstrated experience supporting ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW), family office, wealth management, or financial services environments.
    • Proven success leading complex, enterprise-scale, multi-system platform initiatives across cross-functional organizations.
    • Strong expertise in product strategy, product discovery, workflow design, business process analysis, and requirements gathering.
    • Experience translating complex business challenges into scalable product solutions and technology roadmaps.
    • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on product execution throughout the product lifecycle.
    • Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and influence skills across executive and operational teams.
    • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a track record of navigating ambiguity and organizational complexity.
    • Experience working with CRM platforms, portfolio management systems, client reporting tools, or similar enterprise technologies is preferred.
    • Background in platform modernization, operating model transformation, or digital transformation initiatives is considered an advantage.
    • Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends within wealth management and financial technology is highly desirable.
