Accountabilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide strategic, consultative recruitment guidance
  • Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across specialized sectors
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive outreach, networking, and market mapping
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation
  • Deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Provide insights on market trends, talent availability, and hiring challenges, along with actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to overcome hiring roadblocks and optimize recruitment outcomes
  • Requirements:

    • Minimum of 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare, health tech, or related sectors
    • Proven experience recruiting for domains such as Payor/Provider, Revenue Cycle Management, Value-Based Care, or Healthcare IT
    • Strong ability to engage and recruit executive and leadership-level talent
    • Expertise in sourcing techniques, including data mining and talent mapping
    • Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships with hiring managers in a consultative capacity
    • Experience working in a recruitment agency or executive search firm is highly desirable
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
