This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr FP&A Analyst in United States.
This role offers the opportunity to drive financial planning and analysis for a fast-growing, mission-driven organization. You will partner with senior leadership to manage planning, forecasting, and financial modeling processes, providing insights that guide strategic decisions and support business growth. The position requires analyzing financial results, identifying trends, and delivering actionable recommendations. Accountabilities:
- Manage the planning, forecasting, and financial modeling processes in partnership with senior leadership.
- Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making and board reporting.
- Develop driver-based financial models and ROI/unit economics analyses for executive-level presentations.
- Serve as a financial business partner, translating complex financial data into insights for non-financial stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting, including actuals tie-outs and variance analyses.
- Contribute to process improvements and strategic initiatives across the finance function.
- Proven experience as an FP&A professional or financial business partner in high-growth companies, ideally within SaaS, health-tech, or management consulting.
- Strong expertise in planning systems such as Planful or Adaptive, including report building and structure ownership.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, driver-based analysis, and forecasting, with ability to synthesize insights for executives and boards.
- Advanced understanding of FP&A cadence, general ledger, and variance analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex concepts simply and concisely.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent distinguished experience; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience with PE-backed companies, 340B/specialty pharmacy, or investment banking is advantageous.
