This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Integration Specialist - API & SaaS B2B (Demand Integrations Team) based in Brazil.

This role sits at the core of a global technical integration ecosystem, acting as the bridge between enterprise clients and internal engineering teams.
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting complex API-based integrations that connect external partners with scalable SaaS platforms.
The position requires a strong mix of hands-on technical troubleshooting and client-facing solution engineering in a fast-paced international environment.
You will work deeply with REST APIs, system logs, and observability tools to diagnose issues, optimize performance, and ensure integration reliability.
A key part of your mission is to translate complex technical challenges into clear solutions for both engineering and business stakeholders.
You will collaborate closely with product, R&D, and customer-facing teams to deliver seamless integration experiences for global clients.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys solving intricate technical problems while owning end-to-end customer integrations.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead end-to-end technical onboarding for global partners, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of API-based integrations.
  • Design and support complex integration workflows in collaboration with internal engineering and product teams.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize REST API performance by analyzing logs, metrics, and system behavior using observability tools.
  • Act as the primary technical escalation point between external client engineering teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Evaluate client integration requirements and provide technical recommendations, feasibility assessments, and improvement suggestions.
  • Support continuous improvement of integration processes by identifying bottlenecks and contributing to automation and scalability initiatives.
  • Requirements:

    • Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs, including implementation, debugging, and performance optimization in production environments.
    • Proven background in B2B technical roles such as Integration Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or L3 Support.
    • Solid experience working with observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Kibana, OpenSearch, or similar platforms.
    • Ability to analyze logs, metrics, and system behavior to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
    • Experience with SQL, Linux environments, and Git/GitHub for technical troubleshooting and system interaction.
    • Strong communication skills in English, with experience working with international clients and cross-functional teams.
    • Familiarity with Postman or similar API testing tools.
    • Nice to have: knowledge of Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or Go, and understanding of modern software architecture and API frameworks.
