Sr Paralegal

Position Title:  Senior Paralegal, Trademarks & Copyrights, Creator Content, Marketing, & Creative

Location: US-Remote                     

About the role

The Senior Paralegal, Trademarks & Copyrights, Creator Content, Marketing, & Creative will partner with internal legal counsel to support LTK’s business as it scales, with a focus on efficient and effective support of the LTK Creator Shopping and Creative business teams and marketing and public relations efforts on a global scale. The ideal candidate will walk in the door with strong software skills (Adobe Sign, Jira, spreadsheets, Google suite), attention to detail, subject matter expertise, and be able to acquire knowledge and skills quickly and with precision, with a focus on deliverables, and a commitment to learning, excellence, and developing and maintaining strong collaborative relationships. 

How you will make an impact

• Serve as primary point of contact and intake coordinator for all Creator Shopping and Marketing legal requests.  Review and synthesize facts, working with teams as necessary,  to understand incoming requests and present to legal counsel.   
• Break down approachable advice from legal counsel into actionable deliverables for business teams.
• Organize and maintain templates, guidance, and related files.  Efficiently implement software tools such as Adobe Sign, Jira, and spreadsheets to support legal and business team objectives. 
• Work with legal counsel to deliver practical, scalable legal outputs in support of company Creator Shopping and Marketing initiatives.
• Assist legal counsel with delivery of legal advice on an international scale from start to finish, including but not limited to:
• Develop working knowledge of company Creator Shopping and Marketing agreements (including, for example, licenses, service contracts), guidance, and templates on an international scale to support business initiatives; and assist counsel in their drafting, implementation, and maintenance.

What you will bring to LTK

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 4+ years experience in the responsibilities listed above at a premier law firm
• Demonstrated proficiency and high competency with regard to trademark, copyright (user generated content) and marketing matters such as sweepstakes and contests. 
• High attention to detail
