Accountabilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operational execution for an assigned portfolio of external partners, overseeing implementations, configurations, billing processes, integrations, reporting, and ongoing operational support.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding, project execution, and delivery of partner commitments while maintaining strong communication throughout the partnership lifecycle.
  • Act as the primary operational contact for partner stakeholders, resolving escalations efficiently and collaborating with Product, Customer Success, Sales, Data Operations, and other internal teams when necessary.
  • Prepare and lead regular business reviews, providing operational insights, performance updates, and recommendations to strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor operational performance, identify risks proactively, improve workflows, and contribute to scalable processes that enhance partner satisfaction and organizational efficiency.
  • Requirements

    • Proven experience managing complex partner or client operations involving billing, integrations, data exchanges, implementations, or similar operational workflows.
    • Strong ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
    • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize information and make sound operational decisions.
    • Outstanding communication and relationship management skills, with demonstrated success building trust with external partners and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
    • Experience in healthcare, digital health, benefits administration, partner operations, or technical client management is highly desirable.
    • Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
