This role is a high-impact, strategic position at the intersection of pricing strategy, product, technology, and commercial operations. It focuses on ensuring scalable, accurate, and automated pricing systems that support enterprise-level objectives and complex client networks. You will act as a key subject matter expert, bridging business needs with technical execution while identifying opportunities to improve pricing efficiency and reduce operational risk. The environment is highly collaborative and fast-moving, requiring strong analytical thinking and the ability to influence across multiple teams. You will also play a central role in transforming manual processes into automated, data-driven solutions. Accountabilities:
- Serve as a strategic advisor across Commercial, Product, and Technology teams to ensure scalable and accurate pricing system functionality
- Identify and lead initiatives to integrate automation and AI-driven solutions into pricing and operational workflows
- Investigate and resolve complex pricing, billing, and technical issues while communicating findings across stakeholders
- Analyze recurring operational issues and translate them into system or process improvements
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with financial, SOX, and SSAE requirements
- Deliver insights through monthly reporting and data analysis to support finance, risk, and sales decision-making
- Lead cross-functional projects, including system enhancements, process improvements, and UAT testing
- Provide training, mentorship, and subject matter expertise to strengthen internal capabilities and pricing knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in pricing, analytics, operations, or a related field
- Strong technical proficiency in data analysis and extraction tools
- Experience translating complex business and financial requirements into functional technical specifications
- Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, fast-paced, and evolving environment
- Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product and Technology
- Competitive base salary range: $70,900 – $89,500 annually
