• Define and drive best practices for enabling AI-powered features across a multi-product ecosystem, including shared agents and cross-product workflows
• Design and implement frameworks for integrating AI capabilities into existing platforms, ensuring consistency and scalability
• Lead hands-on implementation of AI agents, pipelines, and workflows, integrating them with APIs and distributed services
• Develop and execute testing and validation strategies for AI features, including performance, reliability, and human-in-the-loop evaluation
• Create reusable templates, configuration patterns, and documentation to standardize AI feature deployment
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation and training materials to support internal teams and customer adoption
• Act as a technical escalation point, troubleshooting complex AI-related issues and improving operational practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align AI capabilities with product strategies and identify opportunities for reuse and optimization

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience working with AI-enabled software products, platforms, or enterprise systems
• Strong expertise in implementing AI solutions such as LLM-based systems, AI agents, and pipeline architectures
• Solid programming or scripting skills (Python or similar) with experience integrating APIs and distributed systems
• Proven experience in product enablement, including implementation, testing, documentation, and training
• Deep understanding of AI reliability, monitoring, evaluation frameworks, and operational best practices
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical, user-focused solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience influencing cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
