This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr Product Manager based in Canada.

Accountabilities
As a Sr Product Manager, AI Security, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of AI-native security capabilities while acting as a bridge between technical teams, customers, and market stakeholders. You will translate emerging threats and customer needs into scalable product solutions that strengthen security outcomes.
- Define and manage the product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for AI security capabilities.
- Act as a subject matter expert on AI security threats, agentic AI risks, and emerging attack patterns, incorporating research and industry insights into product decisions.
- Partner with engineering and security teams to define requirements for securing AI agents, MCP servers, orchestration frameworks, and AI-powered workflows.
- Maintain a deep understanding of AI ecosystems, including LLM agents, tool-calling architectures, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and prompt injection risks.
- Develop frameworks for securing AI workloads and distinguishing AI-assisted processes from AI-executed workflows.
- Conduct customer research with security leaders, architects, and identity teams to identify market needs and validate product direction.
- Lead design partner initiatives by engaging early customers and incorporating feedback into roadmap decisions.
- Analyze competitive landscapes across cybersecurity, identity security, and AI security vendors to identify opportunities and differentiation.
- Coordinate AI-related product initiatives across multiple teams to ensure consistent architecture and customer experience.
- Represent the AI security vision through customer engagements, analyst discussions, industry events, and internal initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Solutions Engineering teams to support positioning, launches, and customer adoption.
- Support complex customer and pre-sales discussions by providing guidance on AI security architecture and product capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of product management experience in cybersecurity, identity security, cloud security, or a closely related technology domain.
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning architectures, including LLM agents, MCP servers, tool-calling, and RAG pipelines.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize security research, including vulnerabilities, threat intelligence reports, exploit chains, and industry research.
- Knowledge of identity security concepts such as PAM, IAM, secrets management, workload identity, and non-human identity lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with security risks related to service accounts, API keys, OAuth tokens, machine certificates, and agent session tokens.
- Proven ability to define product strategy in emerging technology markets with limited existing frameworks.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, security research, and threat intelligence teams in a technical product management capacity.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage CISOs, security architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies in fast-paced product environments.
- Strong curiosity and commitment to staying current with cybersecurity research, AI trends, and industry developments.
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CEH, OSCP, or equivalent are a plus.
- Hands-on experience building or operating AI agents or agentic frameworks is preferred.
- Previous experience in cybersecurity product management, threat research, or security engineering is highly valued.
- Experience with identity security platforms or privileged access management solutions is beneficial.
- Familiarity with AI governance frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, or related security standards is a plus.
