This role offers a unique opportunity to combine agile delivery leadership with product operations expertise to ensure predictable, high-quality product outcomes. You will orchestrate planning, execution, and release activities across multiple teams while translating product strategy into actionable roadmaps. The position emphasizes cross-team alignment, operational rigor, and value realization, providing a key interface between Product, Engineering, QA, and Business stakeholders. You will manage delivery cadence, monitor progress, and mitigate risks to maintain production stability and release quality. This is a highly collaborative, execution-focused role in a fast-paced environment, offering visibility to leadership and direct impact on product delivery success.

Accountabilities:

  • Drive end-to-end agile delivery and release execution, ensuring predictable outcomes across multiple teams.

  • Identify, escalate, and resolve delivery risks, dependencies, and impediments while coordinating release readiness.

  • Translate product strategy into execution plans and delivery roadmaps, aligning all stakeholders.

  • Govern Azure DevOps boards, ensuring proper epic and feature management, traceability, and workflow efficiency.

  • Serve as system owner for product portfolio management tools, maintaining data integrity, alignment, and auditability.

  • Build dashboards and reporting for delivery health, epic/feature progress, and key risks, providing a single source of truth for leadership.

  • Requirements:

    • 7+ years of experience in agile delivery, product operations, or program management.

    • 3+ years leading multiple agile teams in a scaled environment.

    • Proficiency with Azure DevOps and product portfolio management tools.

    • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

    • Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and operational excellence.

    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
