This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr. Program Manager, HR Communications in United States.

This role offers a strategic opportunity to lead and shape HR communications across the full employee lifecycle, including crisis response, program launches, and culture initiatives. You will translate complex HR initiatives into clear, human-centered messages that keep employees informed, supported, and engaged. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams and senior leaders, you will design and implement communication strategies that drive alignment, adoption, and clarity. This position requires a combination of storytelling expertise, program management skills, and the ability to navigate sensitive or high-impact situations. You will play a critical role in enabling organizational change, promoting a strong employee experience, and strengthening communication standards across the People team. The role operates in a fast-paced, remote-first environment where collaboration, strategic thinking, and agility are key.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the HR communications strategy, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment across major people programs and initiatives
  • Translate HR, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Development updates into employee-friendly narratives
  • Own and operationalize crisis communication processes, including templates, escalation pathways, and cross-functional coordination
  • Collaborate with People Experience peers, HRBPs, Benefits, Facilities, Legal, Internal Communications, and senior leadership to deliver timely, accurate messaging
  • Develop high-quality communications content including emails, presentations, toolkits, scripts, and newsletters
  • Optimize communication channels, templates, and guidelines to elevate clarity and accessibility across the organization
  • Support culture programs, change initiatives, and employee engagement through strategic storytelling and feedback-informed messaging
  • Requirements:

    • 12+ years of experience in internal communications, HR communications, employee experience, program management, or related fields
    • Proven experience leading communications during complex or sensitive situations; crisis communication experience strongly preferred
    • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable messages
    • Strong program management skills, capable of aligning cross-functional teams and senior leadership
    • Experience working across diverse geographies, time zones, and cultural contexts in a remote-first environment
    • Ability to navigate ambiguity, exercise discretion, and manage high-stakes issues with emotional intelligence
    • Familiarity with HR and Legal practices, change management principles, and employee experience strategy
