As a Sr. QA Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software systems across complex, multi-team engineering projects. You will take ownership of testing strategy, creating and executing test plans, reporting defects, and developing automated tests to ensure that products meet the highest standards. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of software development processes, Agile principles, and quality assurance best practices. You will collaborate across engineering, product, and operations teams to drive improvements, mentor peers, and influence testing practices while delivering high-impact, user-focused software solutions. The environment is fast-paced and collaborative, offering opportunities to shape QA methodologies and contribute to continuous product and process improvement.

Accountabilities:

  • Define test requirements, establish the scope of testing, and estimate testing effort.
  • Develop, document, and execute manual and automated test scenarios to validate new and existing features.
  • Identify, report, and communicate defects clearly using defect management tools.
  • Collaborate across multiple teams to resolve product issues and determine appropriate test coverage.
  • Drive QA best practices, testing methodologies, and strategies to achieve optimal quality and efficiency.
  • Mentor team members and support cross-training to ensure high-quality deliverables across projects.
  • Requirements:
  • Extensive QA experience with demonstrated ability to define and execute test strategies independently.
  • Proficiency in software testing concepts, defect tracking, and test automation tools.
  • Understanding of programming concepts and languages such as Java, C#, SQL, and Object-Oriented programming.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle phases and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent time management, self-motivation, and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Exceptional collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and work across teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and focus on high-impact testing activities.
