Job Description:

The Sr. Specialist I, Partner Operations supports the provision of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services by coordinating and enhancing the operational relationships between onshore and offshore resources. This role involves monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with service levels, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Senior Specialist collaborates closely with process owners and key stakeholders to ensure effective and sustainable operational service delivery.

  • Operational Coordination: Enhance global partner (offshore) services engagement and governance processes, ensuring seamless integration and coordination of activities.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and sustain successful relationships with global partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor global partner activities to ensure compliance with policies, contractual agreements, and service level agreements.
  • Financial Analysis: Identify and report potential offshore contractual changes, including regular monitoring and review of offshore cost structures; report financial implications to senior leadership.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the Managed Services Production Operations group to identify and relay improvement opportunities; ensure seamless onboarding and integration of offshore partners.
  • Reporting and Auditing: Review and audit overall offshore progress reporting, staffing reconciliation, and performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in key cross-functional team meetings, ensuring strategic goals are met and fostering effective onshore-offshore engagement.
  • Process and Technology Adoption: Ensure seamless adoption of new RCM functions, process guidelines, and technology by offshore teams.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior specialists, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Perform other duties that support the overall objective of the position.

Education Required:

  • Associate degree with major coursework in statistics, data analytics, or related discipline; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Or, any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position.


Experience Required:

  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, with demonstrated expertise in operational coordination and relationship management.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledge of: Project Management; project process best practices; laws, regulations, policies, and procedure governing the functional area; NextGen Healthcare Practice Management software (preferred).
  • Skill in: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) with proficiency in Excel; Interpreting laws and regulations; problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking; working as member of a team; communicating clearly, concisely, and effectively; establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
  • Ability to: Effectively build relationships with customers and co-workers; convey technical and/or analytical concepts to internal teams and clients; facilitate and complete work assignments in a timely manner; work in a fast-paced environment; stay organized, prioritize workload, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
