  • Identify systemic risks and drive investments in reliability, observability, migrations, and long-term platform sustainability.
  • Support product discovery by evaluating technical feasibility, prototyping solutions, and validating new ideas through experimentation.
  • Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a seasoned engineering leader with deep frontend expertise, strong architectural experience, and the ability to influence technical decisions across an organization. You should be comfortable balancing immediate delivery needs with long-term scalability, quality, and customer impact.

    • Deep understanding of UI performance optimization, accessibility standards, responsive design, and frontend best practices.
    • Experience creating and scaling shared frontend infrastructure, component libraries, or design systems across multiple teams.
    • Track record of driving architectural alignment, engineering improvements, and developer productivity initiatives.
    • Ability to translate business and customer requirements into reliable, maintainable, and impactful technical solutions.
