Sr Strategic Finance Analyst (Corp Reporting - Technical)

We're looking for passionate, driven individuals to join our Strategic Finance team. The group is responsible for informing company strategy, owning planning and budgeting, and performing financial analyses throughout the company. You will have a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally and use quantitative insights to drive better decision-making across the whole organization.
What you'll do

• Lead migration of offline models in Excel and Google Sheets to Anaplan (Forecasting Tool)
• Own day to day maintenance of Anaplan Model; including formula development, model building, and report design
• Partner with Strategic Finance to identify reporting pain points and implement solutions
• Lead design workshops and discovery of new use cases
• Work with system counterparts in Finance and People to automate processes and reporting
• Actively contribute to cross-functional and company wide systems related initiatives
• Support key strategic finance processes such as annual planning, monthly forecasts, etc.
• Drive design and implementation of SQL databases leveraged for financial reporting

What we look for

• 2+ years of experience working in FP&A in a high growth environment
• Experience with Anaplan, Adaptive or related planning tool required
• Proficiency with Python, including the ability to build data pipelines
• Highly Proficient in SQL
• Experience with Looker, Tableau, PowerBI or other reporting tools
• Comfort and familiarity with a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment
