This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr Technical Consultant based in India.
This role sits at the intersection of enterprise consulting, integration engineering, and customer-facing problem solving. You will work directly with global enterprise clients to deploy, configure, and troubleshoot complex data and search solutions across multi-system environments. The position requires strong technical depth, calmness under pressure, and the ability to translate complex architectures into clear, actionable guidance for stakeholders. You will play a key role in live customer engagements, including go-lives, escalations, and critical troubleshooting sessions. The environment is fast-paced and highly collaborative, with direct exposure to AI-driven knowledge orchestration and enterprise search systems. It is a hands-on role where your work directly impacts customer success and platform reliability.
Accountabilities
You will act as a senior technical point of contact for enterprise customers, leading implementation, integration, and troubleshooting efforts across complex environments while ensuring successful delivery outcomes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve issues, improve system performance, and support solution design.
- Lead technical discussions, customer troubleshooting sessions, and go-live support engagements in high-pressure environments
- Configure and integrate enterprise systems such as SharePoint, FileNet, iManage, and other content repositories using APIs and scripting tools
- Diagnose and resolve multi-layered issues across indexing pipelines, authentication systems, connectors, and data flows
- Support AI and search orchestration workflows, including data preparation for LLM consumption and retrieval systems
- Partner with project managers, product teams, and R&D to resolve defects and improve product capabilities
- Document technical processes, deployment steps, and troubleshooting outcomes with accuracy and clarity
- Contribute to pre-sales scoping, solution feasibility discussions, and customer onboarding activities
- 4–6+ years of experience in technical consulting, implementation, or support engineering roles
- Strong hands-on experience with APIs, scripting (Python, PowerShell or similar), and integration workflows
- Background working with enterprise platforms such as SharePoint, iManage, OpenText, ServiceNow, or Salesforce
- Solid understanding of search systems, indexing pipelines, metadata modeling, and relevance tuning
- Experience troubleshooting cross-system issues involving authentication (SSO, OAuth), permissions, and data access
- Exposure to AI or data orchestration concepts such as RAG, vectorization, or LLM-based systems is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking, root cause analysis skills, and ability to manage multiple concurrent technical issues
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in customer-facing, high-pressure environments
