We are looking for a hands-on, motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our team. This role combines welding and fabrication with opportunities to take on more responsibility over time. For individuals who demonstrate strong performance, leadership, and reliability, there is a clear path to grow into a Shop Coordinator role as the company continues to expand. Key Responsibilities • Perform aluminum welding and fabrication of canopies, window frames, windows, railings, and custom structures. • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. • Maintain quality control and uphold shop safety standards. • Assist in coordinating production schedules and ensuring timely order completion. • Monitor inventory levels and help coordinate materials orders. • Collaborate closely with project managers and leadership to communicate progress and address issues. Qualifications • Proven experience in metal fabrication, with strong aluminum welding skills. • Proficiency in MIG/TIG welding; aluminum experience strongly preferred. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings. • Comfortable managing workflows while working on the shop floor. • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-first mentality. • Experience with saws, CNC machines, or architectural fabrication a plus. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Compensation & Schedule • Hourly rate depending on experience: aprox $25 - $28 usd p/hour • Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours per week). • Potential for overtime as the business grows.
