About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate senior competitive marketing professional for our competitive marketing efforts here at CrowdStrike. Reporting directly to the Director of Competitive Marketing, this role will continuously monitor the ever-evolving competitive landscape, develop our competitive messaging and positioning, and work cross-functionally across marketing and sales teams to ensure these teams
are kept informed of major competitive developments and CrowdStrike products are effectively positioned relative to the competition.
This role will align to the competitive landscape for the key and rapidly expanding security markets that CrowdStrike services with particular focus on cloud security. It involves distilling research into
differentiated use cases critical to customers that our field teams can highlight in opportunities.

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $115,000 - $170,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. Responsibilities:
- Position the strengths and weaknesses of CrowdStrike and its competitors against one another and produce content and enablement tools that present CrowdStrike in the most effective way.
- Develop and own all aspects of field enablement.
- Deeply understand the technical details of competitors' offerings and be the focal point for field queries during ongoing engagements.
- Analyze competitive products and services, extract insights, and share them internally and externally via presentations and content. Further, draw from the deep expertise of the products and markets to clearly articulate how CrowdStrike uniquely addresses customer use cases better than the competition.
- Develop and present battlecards and other competitive collateral to internal audiences as well as partners.
- Enable sales, marketing, and partner audiences to properly position and differentiate CrowdStrike's offerings relative to competitors across a range of solutions.
- Contribute to critical product and go-to-market decision making by partnering with Sales, Product Management, other Competitive Intelligence professionals and the broader Marketing teams.
- Assist in regular win-loss analysis to improve competitive conversion rates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in the Cyber Security market with an emphasis on cloud security.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience (Ideal candidates will have experience in at least TWO of the following): product marketing, competitive intelligence, sales engineer/pre-sales, solution architect, sales operations, product management, technical marketing, professional services, and technical support.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into field actionable guidance and executive summaries.
- Superior communication skills including experience presenting to senior and executive level management.
- Excellent people and project management skills to manage projects and interact/build rapport with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties.
