Summary: The User Experience Designer within the Contact Center team will be responsible for crafting, designing, and implementing an outstanding digital experience for our end recipients. This role will be important in modernizing the contact center (customer) experience, focusing on digital/mobile interactions. This candidate will work individually and with teams to achieve goals aligned with department and company initiatives. The User Experience Design manager will report to the Dir of BPO Mgmt., QA, and Training.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce design processes from the concept to execution, focusing on resolutions for mobile and desktop interactions, including Chatbots, Live Chat, SMS, What’s App, and other social media platforms.
  • Build clear step-by-step documentation of the design process, including user experience guidelines and visual standards.
  • Create prototypes and perform end-to-end user testing to guide each design iteration.
  • Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to contact center leadership.
  • Understands target users’ needs, motivations, and behaviors related to the project or area of focus.
  • Collaborate with product designers and developers to ensure end-to-end experiences are fully functioning, cross-browser, accessible, and adaptable.
  • Collaborate with contact center leadership and product managers to find solutions that improve user experience.

Qualifications

  • User Experience (UX) and User Interface Design.
  • 4+ years of experience in UX Design.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information technologies, graphic design, or related field.
  • Must approach the process from a mobile-first perspective.
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) training/ development experience.
  • Adobe Creative Suite programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc.).
  • Ability to synthesize abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
  • Phenomenal attention to detail and passion for digital transformation.
  • Experience working with Agile teams.

The base salary range for this position is between $94,740 to $126,320, with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, and market demand. This position can be office-based, hybrid, or fully remote in the continental United States. Onbe’s employee base is mostly clustered in the Eastern and Central time zones, with offices in suburban Philadelphia and suburban Chicago. Some periodic travel will be required.
