This remote role is not tightly linked to a physical location and provides flexibility in where, when and how you accomplish your work.

The Sr Digital Analyst will be responsible for the development, management, and oversight of the digital reporting and data visualization for the full organization, providing data driven and actionable insights and measurement of company performance against targets. The Sr Analyst will develop a detailed understanding of the key data sources, their owners and their utilizations, and identify, build and maintain the key business metrics for the digital team and across the business groups. This analyst must have excellent analytical skills, be detail-oriented and tenacious in their ability to track down data to drive meaningful insights across channels and data streams, and work well within a team.

The Sr Digital Analyst must have experience building a cohesive, cross-channel measurement and reporting strategy to meet business objectives, exhibit excellent analytical skills, be detail and solution-oriented, and be tenacious in their ability to track down data to drive meaningful insights, and work well across business partners.

In this role you will:

  • Analyze the results of digital marketing and ecommerce initiatives across several channels, including website, media, social, mobile, email and video
  • Contribute to digital campaign and web measurement strategies
  • Create dashboards, reports and presentations that clearly synthesize learnings and actionable insights/recommendations
  • Monitor team performance against targets and perform required deep dives when needed
  • Maintaining knowledge and documentation on key systems and data sources
  • Provide analysis of impact and performance of program changes/optimizations; provide recommendations
  • Communicate and present findings to colleagues and senior leaders by telling stories from data and turning data into insights that help improve results to optimize KPIs
You should have:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in related roles
  • Direct experience in an ecommerce, analytics, or business analyst role supporting Digital campaigns, including paid search, paid social, and YouTube, ideally for a B2C/DTC brand
  • Demonstrated experience visualizing and presenting data and analyses
  • Knowledge of Excel functions and methods for manipulating, aggregating, and presenting data
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Experience working in agile and lean environments
  • Experience with A/B testing, incrementality testing, and sophisticated measurement techniques and attribution models is a plus
  • Familiarity with incrementality, media mix modeling (MMM), Multi-touch Attribution (MTA), measurement specifications, data collection, data schema, benchmarks, standardization, and documentation is a plus
Familiarity with the platforms and tools is a plus:

  • Data Visualization platforms; Alteryx, Tableau, Microsoft PowerBI
  • Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Hotjar, other measurement solutions
  • Microsoft Azure, BigCommerce, SAP, etc
  • DSP, ESP, CDP, CRM, Media Buying Platforms
  • Familiarity with SQL, R and/or Python a plus
  • Willingness to learn new skills, tools and technologies
Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, Advertising, or related area is preferred

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
