The People Team has been working hard to deliver business results through our Business Partner teams. We're ready to take these efforts to the next level and are looking for a skilled leader who will broaden our business acumen across Pluralsight's Global Sales & Success organizations. This leader will focus on driving business performance within your client groups by finding the right talent, growing our phenomenal people, and providing an outstanding culture that will support our high growth trajectory. We believe the right leader will have a track record of success exhibiting strong People Strategy principles, an ability to lead direct and cross-functional teams. Most substantially you'll help the business by ensuring we're making the high impact organizational decisions that support and enable our products and services. In this role, you will act as a coach and mentor to your team and will bring focus, energy, and new perspective to a variety of functional leaders. Additionally you will also understand the sophisticated issues the company faces and assist in strategic development.

What you'll own:
  • Grow the company's global leadership capability through organizational development, workforce planning, development, coaching, engagement, employee relations, etc.
  • Career growth and mentoring for your own team of people business partners to help drive culture and business performance throughout the rest of the organization
  • Partner closely with leaders in Revenue globally; Drive functional excellence and empower leaders to build and maintain great teams through training, development, and coaching
  • Roll up your sleeves to take on projects and programs at all levels of the HR "stack" - strategic, operational, and tactical.
  • Use data to solve sophisticated organizational challenges through people-centric solutions
  • Are dedicated to our values to guide your decisions and how you engage
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence to provide strategic direction on core processes, such as employee relations, performance management, leadership development and compensation initiatives
  • Lead cross functional key initiatives such as mergers, acquisition integrations, divestitures, restructuring and other complicated and time critical project work.

Experience you'll need:
  • Human Resources Leadership: A minimum of 10 years in the function, and a success implementing multifaceted human resources initiatives that have had a clear impact on the organizational design and the performance of the organization
  • Tried experience leading teams through different stages of business in high-growth mode
  • Strong Business and Financial Acuity; An understanding of the business and the ability to anticipate the impact of talent on the future success of the company
  • Built out large-scale org design projects
  • Past experience leading a top-notch, distributed team
  • You have been a leader in SaaS industry companies
  • Experience leading within a company of 2000+ employees and $500M+ in revenue
  • International experience or exposure within People teams and businesses
