Position

This is an exceptional opportunity where you will be responsible for leading Reltio's AI teams to enhance both our product and infrastructure with machine learning. Your role will have a direct impact on how we conceive, plan, and execute machine learning initiatives within the company. It presents a unique opportunity to develop product features from their inception.

As a thought leader and key partner in product and engineering at Reltio, you will tackle these challenges head-on. Alongside building a world-class team, you will actively participate in debates and shape product and technical strategies to drive intelligent enhancements.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a genuine passion for data, a proven track record of successfully delivering innovative machine learning solutions, and a clear vision for leveraging data to proactively enhance the product.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of cutting edge AI/ML use-cases and solutions to augment Reltio’s product offerings. 
• Guide application teams in implementing state-of-the-art ML techniques, models and use-cases throughout Reltio.
• Lead thought leadership and be an evangelist for AI/ML for Reltio
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the future architecture and product roadmaps, aligning them with business objectives and customer requirements.
• Foster technical innovation and excellence within the team, staying updated on the latest advancements in deep learning architectures and silicon technologies.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners and customers, contributing to business growth.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in Product Management delivering customer facing products, with over 5 years of hands-on experience working with data and AI/ML technologies.
• Deep understanding of AI models, use-cases, and applications necessary for delivering industry-leading products.
• Demonstrated success in leading product teams, consistently delivering high-quality products within budget and on schedule, and driving adoption of new product capabilities in your customer base.
• In-depth understanding of the deep learning landscape, including trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
• Proficiency in the latest trends and practices related to AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and MLFlow.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, enabling effective collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams.

At Reltio, we take a market-based approach to pay and consider a range of factors. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and other business considerations. Please note that the individual total compensation for this position will be determined at the Company’s sole discretion using the factors noted. Reltio's current market range for this role is $195,000 - $300,000.
